AGREEMENT TO LEGAL TERMS
Welcome to Trinity, a service provided by Revola Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a Delaware S Corporation registered at Milpitas, CA. Trinity includes the website www.revola.ai, associated applications, software, content, and various other related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and must discontinue use immediately.

By submitting any content to the Services, you grant the Company a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display such content in connection with the Services. You affirm that you own or have necessary licenses to submit this content without violation of any rights.

7. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Delaware. Revola Corporation and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Delaware.
9. DISCLAIMER
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT (FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION), WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF FIFTY US DOLLARS ($20) OR AMOUNTS YOU'VE PAID REVOLA CORPORATION IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS (IF ANY).
